Website privacy notice
The contact form collects your name, email address, topic, message, language, consent record and submission time so the Secretariat can handle and answer your inquiry. Please omit identity numbers, payment details and unnecessary sensitive information.
Processing and storage
Messages are stored in the website database and available to authorized Secretariat staff. When email delivery is configured, a copy is sent to the diocesan contact mailbox. The site uses Cloudflare for hosting, media and website analytics, Supabase for database hosting, and Resend when email delivery is enabled. Providers may process data outside Taiwan.
Retention and your choices
The website currently has no automatic deletion period for inquiries. Messages remain until authorized staff delete them; backup and mailbox copies may remain under their respective retention arrangements. Use the email address or telephone on the contact page to ask about, correct or request deletion of your message. Include its submission date and email address to help identify the record.
Browsing and location
The site stores your theme preference in your browser; staff login also uses a session cookie. Cloudflare may process request information for security and website analytics. The parish map requests tiles from OpenStreetMap; external services have their own privacy policies. Location requires your permission and is used in your browser to find nearby parishes. It is not saved in the website database, and assistant questions are not automatically retained.
